This news comes on the heels of Xavier Henry's father confirming Memphis' interest in Theus and Johnson. You can find that info on Zagsblog.
There are conflicting reports on whether Memphis has asked permission to speak with Scott Drew. Johnson or Theus would be preferable, so maybe the Tigers won't get to Drew. I don't believe Drew has the rapport or the resume to accomplish what Tiger fans have grown to expect.

after the first two names, Drew would be a little disappointing. Plus Pistolier would be pissed to not have such a hot man like Theus. I am crossing my heterosexual fingers for you, Pistolier.

all the various memphis forums have been really high on theus. would be a great candidate!
The higher ups have him as their number one. I imagine he'll try to play Memphis and Arizona against each other for more hype and money.
